Lovely dinner and breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Plentiful parking. Quiet room with peaceful river sounds. Beautiful mountain location in traditional wooden style. Good breakfast selection. High quality dinner menu. Kind and competent staff.

This quaint mountain hotel was an excellent location for a peaceful two-night stay. the hotel's interior boasts beautiful traditional wooden designs and offers ample parking. We enjoyed the peace and quiet surrounded only by the mountains and silence. the staff was friendly and accommodating with a special mention to the owner who was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of delicious food. the room was comfortable with everything we needed.
The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough in some areas of the room.

An authentic mountain experience is what you can expect when staying here. The cozy wooden interiors and the breath-taking views made this stay truly special. The breakfast selection was good and the menu at dinner had a lot of variety. The staff were very accommodating, answering our questions with a friendly attitude and with a smile. The location was perfect, surrounded by high mountains; it made us feel like we were in the heart of nature.
The unexpected extra charge for bread, glasses, and setting the table. We also had to ask for our welcome drink, which should have been offered upon arrival.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and the staff was friendly. the hotel is situated in a quiet location, which gave us a relaxing time during our stay. the parking allocation was very satisfactory, but it was a bit tricky to find the hotel at first.
We were disappointed when the restaurant only had his menu in italian and we had to research what we could order. We also had to pay a fee of E2 per person for bread and glasses, which is not acceptable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was very accomodating and caring. They even helped us find a great place to eat when we arrived late at night. The hotel is situated in a fine location, close to a river and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The facilities were fantastic and the cleanliness was great. The breakfast selection was excellent and had many delicious options. We also appreciated the parking and transportation options provided by the hotel.
Was all great! We had no complaints whatsoever.
